The CCBCC will not carry any inventory.  Pre-ordering is required.

Ordering Process:

  1. Click here to view the 2024 CCBCC Regalia Catalog.
  2. Select your item(s) and note Item, Item #, Color, and Quantity.
  3. Send your selections in an email to Dave Marshall at davemar413@aol.com.
    1. Order now, pay later (see #6 below)
  4. All orders received before the 1st of the month will be consolidated into one order to our supplier.
    1. We will place the order to the supplier around the 7th of the month.
    2. Most items are in the supplier’s inventory and can be filled quickly.
    3. Some items may require a special order and take additional time.
  5. When we receive your items, we will send you an email.
  6. At that time you can choose how to get your items
    1. Reply to email you want to pick up items at a CCBCC event.
      1. Pay by check at the event.
    2. Reply to email that you would like us to ship the items to your address.
      1. We will add a $25 shipping charge for 3 or less items.
        1. Note: fleece blanket may require additional shipping costs.
      2. We will send an email confirming address and total charge.
      3. Please mail a check upon receipt of the email.
