Event Details

This is the Annual CCBCC Car Show at the Lemon Tree Shops, 1069 Rt. 6A, Brewster, MA.

Always a good time to hang out with fellow CCBCC members and meet car admirers.

We will also hold a brief Members Meeting to review club business.

Lemon Tree makes a donation to the CCBCC and loves having us there as we bring in customers.

Car show starts at 11:00AM, and we hope you stick around to 2:30/3:00PM.

For the drive in and depending on where you’re coming from, some members have mentioned meeting for a morning coffee or breakfast at:

–  Snowy Owl, Sandwich on 6A around 9:00AM.  Depart for Lemon Tree, Brewster around 10:00AM

– Kitchen Cafe, Brewster on 6A around 9:30AM, depart for Lemon Tree around 10:30AM

Breakfast or lunch is also available at Al Fresco Café at Lemon Tree Village.

Enjoy the drive on Historic & Scenic 6A and attend the meeting, have fun at the Lemon Tree British Car Show.

Independence House recently moved into a brand new building.

They would like to recognize the CCBCC for over 20 years of support by having an open house on July 11.

More plans are underway and more details will be coming.  Initial planning includes a morning car show at the facility, a tour of the building, and then a cruise afterwards with a stop for lunch.  There is no cost for this event.

Cruise of Windmills on Mid and Lower Cape

CCBCC Mid and Lower Cape – Brewster, Eastham, Orleans, Chatham, Yarmouth – Cruise and Lunch

July 15, Wednesday

9:30 AM: meet at Drummer Boy Park, 773 Main Street (Rt 6A), Brewster. 

Note:  there is a Dunkin (15 Lower Road, next door to Lukes) about 1/4 mile east on 6A from Drummer Boy.

10:00 AM: start the cruise

Roald Lokken will lead a tour to five historic windmills:

• Higgins Farm Windmill in Brewster.
• Eastham Mill in Eastham.
• Young Mill in Orleans.
• Godfrey Mill in Chatham. The Godfrey Mill will be open, and docents will be on hand to give a tour.
• Judah Baker Mill in Yarmouth.

Weather is going to be gorgeous. A $50 on-line donation gets you a day of fun and driving over 55 miles of backroads Online pre-registration is preferred so we can prepare enough Rallye packets for the participants.

If you are unable to pre-register and want to take part, please come on out to Patriot Square at 9:00AM and bring $50 cash. We do NOT have credit card capability. We do have a few extra Rallye packets, and if we run out, we will do our best to fit you in.

The Rallye Cape Cod is a great driving event as you tour through back roads of Cape Cod and test your driver/navigator teamwork skills. The Rallye consists of a 3 hour drive around Cape Cod scenic/back roads, stops at 3 local non-profit organizations, whimsical quiz questions, timed start/finish, prizes, lunch, and fun.  The points do matter, but more importantly, you will be helping local technical students, local people in need, and local rescue animals.

ALL NEW EVENT:

• Brand new course – approx 52 miles, 2.5 hrs with 4 stops.
• Course goes through Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, and Yarmouth.
• New games & challenges.
• New format: event will be a team event; 2-3 cars per team.
• New date for our 5th CCBCC Rallye – later in the year to avoid the tourist traffic and the summer heat.
• New start time: 9:00AM registration open, 10:00 navigator & driver meeting, 10:30 start.
• The STARTING POINT is Patriot Square (in front of the Cinema), Dennis.  
  • Patriot Square can be accessed from Rt 6 at Exit 78 (old Exit 9), go south on Rt 134, turn LEFT at Traffic light.  
• The FINISHING POINT is Kream ‘N Cone, 961 Main St, West Dennis (corner of Rt 28 & Rt 134)
  • We will finish there, have lunch, and awards.

  • If you want to drive in the Rallye, it is preferred that you register and pre-pay the $50/car through the website using credit card or PayPal.

  • Make sure you select the Rallye Cape Cod-2025 Event from the drop down event menu.
    • Click either “Just Me” if just yourself,  or “Me & Guests” if you’re bringing others.
    • Enter the number of people coming, including yourself.

Join the CCBCC for a mid-week tour to several Cape Cod lighthouses.

We will meet at 9:00AM, Oct 10th  at Drummer Boy Park, Brewster, on Rt 6A.

Navigators/drivers meeting @ 9:10AM

Depart promptly for cruise at 9:30AM.

We will cruise to Stage Harbor, Chatham, Nauset Light at National Seashore, Truro Highland, and up to Race Point, Provincetown.

We are planning on a late lunch at the Bookstore in Wellfleet.

Time: arrive between 10:30AM – 11:00AM. (NOTE:  please do NOT arrive before 10:30AM)

Meet us at Titcomb’s Book Shop for a wonderful car show and gathering.  Park on the grass and socialize with CCBCC members and Titcomb customers who want to know more about your car.  Last year over 25 cars came and we had a great time.

AUTUMN CRUISE on the Cape

Oct 25th, Saturday, 10:00AM

The fall colors are here, the temperatures are cool and brisk – it’s time for a winding cruise along the western shore road of Cape Cod.

The CCBCC has done this tour for the last 3 years driving from Bourne to Woods Hole and parking at WCAI, Woods Hole. Unfortunately, WCAI has moved and the parking lot is no longer available.  So let’s do the tour in reverse and see the road from a different perspective.

Here’s the plan:  we all meet at Iris Cape Cod hotel in Falmouth, have an optional continental (or hot from the menu) breakfast in their dining room, then drive from Falmouth to Bourne  via Nobska Lighthouse, through Woods Hole, and then up back roads and the scenic shore road to the Lobster Trap, where we will stop for lunch.

We will drive together, there are no trivia questions, no checkpoints.  We will stop once or twice for photo opportunities.

Each car will have printed driving instructions, so you can stop more often if you want.

The intent is to enjoy the drive and scenery and the company.

Put Oct 25 on your calendar. At this time, the forecast looks good, but please check back for any weather  related event updates

Registration:   Registration is NOT required if you are only going to do the cruise and/ or lunch.

Breakfast Registration:  The Iris Hotel would like to know if you are going to have breakfast.  Please click the registration button if you think you will be coming for breakfast at the Iris Hotel. Please CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ONLY IF YOU ARE HAVING AUTUMN CRUISE BREAKFAST (Continental or Hot).  Please indicate how many people are coming.  Answer YES to the Activity question.

The cost of the continental breakfast is ~$15/person.  Please pay at the restaurant.

All cars will be given a set of driving instructions.
