If you do not belong to a British Car Club, or you do and would like to join another, we would like to invite you to become a member of our club. We are the Cape Cod British Car Club based in Massachusetts and are near 300 members strong. The membership is made up of people from all over New England and beyond. Some own multiple cars and marques. Some don’t even own a British car yet, but just wanted to join because of a common interest in the British car hobby. Current member cars include Anglia, Austin, Austin Healey, Austin Mini, Bentley, Cortina, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lotus, Marcos, MG, Morgan, Morris Mini, Rolls, Rover, Sunbeam, Triumph and TVR.

Monthly meetings are held year round on the third Tuesday of each month. If you aren’t sure or are just curious, come to one of our meetings before committing – contact whoever looks as if he/she is in charge when you arrive and make yourself known – don’t feel offended if they don’t take any notice of you immediately – for it is a public place, you know! Judge for yourself if this is an organization with which you would like to be associated. It’s important to add that while active participation is appreciated you may do as much or as little as you like! Monthly meetings are usually held at the British Beer Company, Rt. 6A, E. Sandwich, MA, but during the summer, we are known to have them along with a cruise to somewhere on the Cape or South Shore.
Membership is $30 annually and includes a monthly subscription to “The British Marque Car Club News” newspaper (see box below left). After a bit of a delay, you will receive an occasional group email from the president and your monthly subscription to the British Marque.
Who should join a club and why? The first things that come to mind are camaraderie, sharing of technical expertise, parts, technical sessions, cruises, tours, use of the members’ forum on our web site, window decals/grille badges/name pins with the club logo, tips on good repair shops and car buying/selling opportunities. Also, through some of our events we will raise monies for various charities throguh out the year. With a group this large comes credibility. Recognizing this, our club officers are working with vendors for club discounts on services, parts and the like.
Generally, club memberships are renewed at the beginning of each calendar year. People wishing to join the CCBCC between July 1st and Nov 30th of any given year will be charged $15 for a partial membership. Everyone joining the CCBCC will receive a monthly subscription to the: British Marque Car Club News
