Meetings: Membership and Board
See the Events Calendar for exact meeting dates, times, location, and agenda.
General Membership Meetings:
The CCBCC usually holds a general membership meeting once a month on the 3rd Saturday of the month. The meeting is held at Carluccio’s in Forestdale, where we can have a semi-private room and a great buffet breakfast. We arrive around 9:00AM, have some breakfast, and then hold an informal business meeting from 10:00-10:30AM. Meeting agenda covers finances, events, and any other business. It’s a great way to catch up with friends, meet new people, and hear what’s happening with the club. We encourage current members, new members, and people interested in British cars to stop in.
During the summer months, we may stop the General Membership Meeting due to traffic and crowds. However, we usually try to hold a couple meetings combined with an ice cream run. After all, we are in New England and on the Cape.
Minutes are taken and posted on the website for public viewing.
In May, the CCBCC holds an Annual Meeting when officers and members-at-large are elected to the Board of Governors. All membership is invited to attend.
Board of Governor (BoG) Meetings:
The Board of Governors (officers, members-at-large, past president) and other invitees hold a business meeting on the 3rd Thursday of the month. The meeting is held by Zoom and starts at 7:00pm. Agenda includes a review of past business, finances, events, regalia, and other topics related to the operations of the CCBCC. Minutes are taken and posted on the website for members access.
