“Little Red” was purchased in component form back in 2000 as an unfinished project with CA title. She was subsequently electrically modernized and reassembled with many replacement parts sourced from various new and used parts suppliers across the USA. Living up to its reputation (Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious), significant valvetrain disasters have sidelined this ‘pocket rocket’ (7000rpm, 126hp, 1450lbs) several times over the last two decades of ownership. She again awaits the time when life stops “getting in the way” of her return to the “tight and twisty” roads she loves so much. She is, easily, the funnest car I’ve ever driven (and I’ve ridden 130hp-165mph motorcycles).
Are we ever going to see this car on the Cape?
Are we ever going to see this car on the Cape?
It’s not really practical for me at this point, for many reasons.
