General Membership Meetings:

The CCBCC generally tries to hold a general membership meeting once a month.  The schedule and location depends on the season.  General Membership meetings are always listed on the CCBCC website with date, time, place, and featured speaker information.

For the CCBCC, there are two seasons in the year: driving and non-driving:

  1. The driving season is April – November and the club will hold a general membership meeting at a driving or car show event.  This is a very informal meeting and is more of an update on finances, membership, and upcoming events.  Club leadership will always take input, comments, and questions.
  2. During the non-driving season, November – March, the CCBCC usually holds a general membership meeting once a month on the 3rd Saturday of the month.  The intent is to get together, socialize, catch-up, and have a little fun alongwith an educational speaker.  The meeting is held at Iris Hotel – Cape Cod in Falmouth, where we have a great buffet breakfast and a featured speaker.  The breakfast will start at 8:30AM, and then hold an informal business meeting from 9:00-10:00AM.   Meeting agenda covers finances, events, and any other business.  The featured speaker talks about items of interest to the members: car winter storage, fire prevention/control in the garage, technical education, etc. It’s a great way to catch up with friends, meet new people, and hear what’s happening with the club.  We encourage current members, new members, and people interested in British cars to stop in.

Minutes are taken and posted on the website for public viewing.

In May, the CCBCC holds an Annual Meeting when officers and members-at-large are elected to the Board of Governors.  All membership is invited to attend.

Board of Governor (BoG) Meetings:

The Board of Governors (officers, members-at-large, past president) and other invitees hold a business meeting on the 3rd Thursday of the month.  The meeting is held by Zoom and starts at  7:00pm.  Agenda includes a review of past business, finances, events, regalia, and other topics related to the operations of the CCBCC.  Minutes are taken and posted on the website for members access.
