The club’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2023, 10:00 AM at Holiday Inn, Falmouth, MA.

Timeline for the day:  Annual Meeting:  10:00AM – 11:30AM

Holiday Inn has graciously provided excellent accommodations, coffee and refreshments.

The CCBCC by-laws require we meet annually for the election of officers and any open positions on the Board of Governors as well as for the transaction of any other business requiring a vote of the membership.  In advance of the meeting, club members will be sent a letter from Bill Scott, Chairman of Nominating Committee, with information about the meeting.

Only a current paid-up individual member in good standing may vote.    Members and guests are encouraged to attend this important meeting.  Member support is important in ensuring a strong future for the club.

Following the meeting, the CCBCC will participate in a national British Car Club event:  British Car Clubs-Building Bright Futures fundraiser event for Habitat for Humanity.
