Event Details

A just added Tech Session to solve an issue with a MGB that had recently been brought to life (by the TechSquad) after a 7-10 year storage period.
The car will start, run, and then quit.  We’re not sure if the issue is in the carbs, fuel pump, bad gas, plugged lines, etc.  The owner is replacing the fuel tank this week and will fill with good gas.
Details of the Tech Session:
  • Car: MGB
  • Objective: diagnose fuel system issue, get the car to run and maintain running
  • Date: Aug 6th, Wednesday
  • Time: 9:00AM
  • Place:  25 Crocker Road, East Falmouth
  • Special Directions:  when you reach 25 Crocker Road, you will see a parking area by the street and some buildings(sheds).  There is a driveway to the left side of the parking area & buildings. Drive up the driveway until you see an open area and an office like building on the left.  The car will be in that area.
Tech Session is open to members.

Come on out and learn about the fuel system on MGB, very similar to all classic British cars.
